1. Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via:

• KUEHNE + NAGEL: bulky items (30 kg+)
• GLS, FEDEX, LA POSTE: standard parcels
• Standard delivery: 4 to 5 business days
• Remote areas: 8 to 19 days
• Small items: 48 to 72 hours

Additional delays:

• +2 days: Corsica, Luxembourg, Belgium
• +5 days: European customs clearance

2. Delivery Process

Depending on the carrier:

• Appointment scheduling may be available
• A delivery notice will be left if you're not present
• Redelivery is provided at no extra cost

A tracking link may be provided depending on the carrier.

3. Receiving Your Parcel (IMPORTANT)

Upon delivery, you must:

• Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier
• Note any issue on the delivery slip
• Describe any damage precisely

⚠️ Claims made without noted reservations on the delivery slip cannot be accepted.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees apply to mainland France.

For international deliveries (Europe, Switzerland, French overseas territories), please contact us.

5. Returns

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

• Returns accepted within 30 days
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the error is ours)

If the error is due to the customer:

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• An exchange or store credit may be offered

• Delays caused by carriers
• Customs holds
• Events beyond our control

Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
