However, minor differences in color, appearance, packaging, or product specifications may occur.

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and may offer an alternative, a replacement, or a refund, as applicable.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by SUV4X4CUSTOM.

Depending on the size, weight, destination, and nature of the products ordered, deliveries may be made using different carriers, including KUEHNE + NAGEL, GLS, FEDEX, or LA POSTE.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to carrier delays, product availability, customs procedures, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.

For bulky products and/or products weighing more than 30 kg, delivery may be arranged through a specialized freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and a valid telephone number where required by the carrier.

If an order is delivered in multiple shipments because products have different availability dates, the customer may receive separate deliveries.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect the parcel and products immediately upon delivery and, where possible, in the presence of the carrier.

If the package is damaged, opened, crushed, wet, or otherwise appears compromised, the customer should record precise details of the damage on the carrier's delivery document before signing.

Statements such as "subject to unpacking" should not be used as a substitute for a specific description of visible damage.

Customers should retain photographs of damaged packaging and products and contact SUV4X4CUSTOM as soon as possible.

9. Installation of Products

Certain products sold by SUV4X4CUSTOM, particularly electrical products, vehicle accessories, lighting systems, horns, and other technical equipment, may require professional installation.

Unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise, we strongly recommend installation by a qualified professional.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is compatible with their vehicle and intended application before installation.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation, modification, misuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage, negligence, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may not be covered by the applicable warranty.

Where required to assess an installation-related claim, SUV4X4CUSTOM may request proof of professional installation.

10. Product Compatibility

The customer is responsible for checking product compatibility before purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Providing incorrect vehicle information or ordering an incompatible product may result in additional return or shipping costs, subject to applicable consumer law.

11. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For eligible consumer purchases, customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable French and European consumer-protection legislation.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer may generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
