General Principles

Warning: The principles and instructions contained in this manual must be followed by users to ensure the validity of the warranty and the safe use of the products.

Electrical Products (Lighting, Horns, etc.)

1. Professional Installation Required: All electrical products, including lighting and horns, must be installed by a qualified professional. Incorrect installation by unqualified persons may result in irreversible damage to the accessories.
2. Returns and Warranty: Damage caused by improper or non-professional installation will not be covered by the warranty and will not qualify for a return or product replacement. For any return resulting from an installation or manufacturing defect, an invoice from the professional or establishment that carried out the installation will be required.

Stainless Steel Products

1. Professional Installation Required: Stainless steel products must be installed exclusively by an authorized professional service.
2. Warranty Void: Disassembly or modification of the product by the customer will automatically void the warranty.
3. Regular Inspection: Product mounting and fastening components must be inspected at least once every three months or every 15,000 km. Under severe operating conditions, such as construction areas, mountainous terrain, or dirt roads, inspections must be carried out every 5,000 km.
4. Maintenance of Stainless Steel Products: Only appropriate cleaning and maintenance products recommended by the manufacturer should be used. We recommend Autosol Metal Polish for the care and maintenance of stainless steel products.
5. Reporting Defects: Any defect identified in the product must be reported immediately to an authorized service center. Continued use of a defective product will void the warranty.
